AMOGHIO SAUCE

 

ROMA TOMATOES                          4 DICED

OLIVE OIL                                         2 TBSP

GARLIC                                              1 TBSP, MINCED

FRESH BASIL                                    1 TBSP, CHOPPED

SUGAR                                               PINCH

SALT

WHITE PEPPER

 

HEAT THE OLIVE OIL IN A SAUTE PAN. ADD THE GARLIC AND COOK FOR 1 MINUTE. ADD THE DICED TOMATOES AND BASIL. COOK UNTIL THE TOMATOES ARE SOFT AND BROKEN UP. ADD THE SUGAR , SALT AND WHITE PEPPER. SERVE
