Barbeque salmon


Items needed:


2 ea             8 oz salmon filets boneless

¼ cup          favorite BBQ Sauce

to taste        Salt and pepper

Salad oil




Start with a clean grill and brush it with a little oil.  Place the meat side of the fish down on the grill. The filets should not be too thick as this will allow the fish to cook faster without burning the outside of the fish. Cook for about two minutes turning the fish over and cooking for about forty seconds on the other side. When turning it over brush with barbeque sauce. When the fish is done, the sauce will have baked on the fish.
