PAN FRIED STEAK AND POTATO SAUTE

 

Items needed:

 

2 ea             steaks marinated in brown beer marinade.

4 ea             red skin potatoes quartered

¼ ea            onion sliced

1 cup           oyster mushrooms

2 T              Worcestershire sauce

1 cup           French dressing

dash            hot sauce

 

Method:

 

In a hot sauté pan, sear the steaks until desired temperature is done and remove.  Add the potatoes and cook until almost tender. Add the onions and mushrooms let cook until the onions are clear. Add the steaks back to the pan, add the French dressing, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Let simmer two minutes and serve.
