PORK NORMANDY

 

Items needed:

 

8 oz             pork cutlets

1 ea             green apple, sliced thin

2 cups         brown sauce

2 T              fresh tarragon

½ cup          dry white wine

2 T              chopped onions

2 T              powdered sugar

2 T              whole butter

2 T              salad oil

to taste        salt and pepper

 

 

Method:

 

In a hot sauté pan, add the oil and sear off the pork cutlets. Remove the pork from the pan and add the onions and apples. Add the white wine, tarragon and brown sauce. Let simmer until sauce is hot. Add the butter and powdered sugar.  Mix and serve.
