SPICY PASTA AND CHICKEN KIELBASA

 

 

Items needed:

 

2 cups         pre-cooked pasta

8 oz             chicken breast

3 oz             sliced smoked kielbasa

½ ea            thin sliced red pepper.

1 cup           artichoke hearts

1 cup           heavy whipping cream

1 t               Cayenne pepper

1 cup           sliced thin onion

to taste        salt and pepper

1/8 cup        parmesan cheese

 

 

Method:

 

In a hot sauté pan, add a little oil then add the chicken breast, cook until done then remove the chicken breast add the pepper, onion, artichoke hearts and kielbasa. Sauté two minutes then place chicken back into the pan. Add the cream and cayenne pepper. Let simmer two minutes. Then finish with the cheese.
